Gooooo Gymnastics!

On the way to our new mommy and me gymnastics class I told Drew "GOOOOO Gymnastics!" He said "No Mommy, GOOOOOO GATORS!" What a boy!

Here's Drew and Knox before leaving for class. Drew doing a log roll. Since I had Knox I kind of had to just give Drew a little push and hope for the best!
Sitting on his dot waiting for instructions. He loved gymnastics, and asked to go back every day. When I explained it wasn't every day, he asked if we could go back every time, to which I happily said yes!

F is for Fox...

Another week of Critter Classes. This week was about the fox. We also read the Gingerbread Man, and had gingerbread cookies.

I'm so glad I taught Drew how to smile and say cheese. Does anyone know how to unteach this wonderful "fake" smile?

Before church

Mommy and her baby boy. Look at that chubby tummy. (I'm talking about Knox!)
Mommy and her boys.
Daddy and his boys. I don't know if you can see it, but Knox has his bottom lip out. Knox rarely cries, but when he does you get a warning because he juts his little lip out. It's so cute!

Weed eater

In case you were wondering what was on top of Drew's head in the last post, it is his safety goggles that go with his weed eater. He LOVES to get his weed eater out. It was inside this week because I need to put new batteries in it. I asked Drew to turn it on to show his friend, but he said no because Knox was sleeping. I told him one day not to turn on a loud toy, and ever since, if Knox is asleep he tries to choose his quieter toys to play with. He's such a good big brother.

Bella...

Our friend Kirstin was in town with her adorable little girl Bella. Here's a picture of James, Drew, and Bella at our house.

Junior Museum

This week we began "Critter Classes" at the Junior Museum. The Junior Museum is a wonderful place for our kids here in Tallahassee. They have farm animals and wild animals for you to see, as well as a caboose, historical buildings, and a playground. I signed Drew up for mommy and me classes that they are offering. It's basically a self directed class with different activity stations. This weeks focus was B is for Bear so most activities had to do with bears.

Here is Drew watching the turkeys. He would yell "GOBBLE, GOBBLE" and crack up when they responded. Drew painting his bear and getting ready to stuff it.
The three of us. Knox got to come too!

Drew looking for the black bears at the exhibit.
Drew and his buddy James (kind of) listening to the bear story. They were sweaty heads for sure.

Our very own "Twitch"

The other day Andy took a few pictures of us before heading to Library Time. We try to go to the local library every Wednesday morning. One of the librarians sings songs and reads a few books to all of the MANY kids who come. Drew has gone since he was about 2 months old, and Knox since he was about 2 weeks old.

Here is Mommy and Knox before leaving. Here is Mommy, Knox and Drew. If any of you are "So You Think You Can Dance" fans you'll know why I am referring to Drew as Twitch. One of the dancers this season liked to wear glasses without lenses in them. His name is Twitch. I immediately thought of him when Drew put these on the other day.

Walking in Daddy's shoes

The other day Drew went in our closet and I heard a loud clunking on the wood floors. He had found Andy's cleats and was walking around in them. He definitely wants to be just like his daddy.

Labor Day

For Labor Day, Andy had to go into work, but before dinner we were able to head to the park for some outside play time.

Boys at 2 months old

Knox turned 2 months old on August 23rd. I thought that it would be fun to show pictures of Drew and Knox at the same age.

Knox in August

Oh so relaxed....

Mommy and Daddy finally went on their first date. Even though it was a stormy day, it was still nice to get out just the two of us. We went to a funny movie, and then went to Best Buy to shop for a fun DVD for Drew. We hope he'll like Peter Pan...

Drew is so sweet to Knox. He loves to hold his hand....

Knox's two month doctor's appointment. He was smiling at everyone...until the shots came out:(

He weighed in at 14.45 pounds. Can you say 95th percentile??

Knox at Gigi's b-day party

Does he look like a future president to you??

Here he is thinking about all of the serious problems that face our nation....or he's just tired of pictures....

The many faces of Knox....(can you tell we think he's adorable!)

Yes...i know this one is sideways, but I'm so bad with computers, I have no idea how to turn it...so I recommend just turning your head to the right. :)
